To be an authorized affiliate of onRocket.com, LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the onRocket.com, LLC service as an affiliate. By signing up for the onRocket.com, LLC affiliate program, and using it, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals. Any information between you as the affiliate and onRocket.com, LLC as the company must remain confidential at all times.
2. FTC Disclosure
We strongly advise affiliates to stay compliant with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on testimonials and endorsements. All endorsements, reviews, testimonials on onRocket.com, LLC products and services, as well as relationships between other types of content websites (forums, blogs, microblogs and other Social Media channels) and onRocket.com, LLC must be clearly disclosed in a separate policy on the affiliate sites. FTC points out that “when there exists a connection between the endorser and the seller of the advertised product” it is imperative that such connection is “fully disclosed”. FTC deems the relationship in an endorser-sponsor light, and believes that the end user has the right to understand that one exists More Information here. We share the undergirding idea of this approach, and strongly encourage our affiliates to adhere to the FTC’s rules. We also reserve the right to terminate relationships with any non-compliant affiliates.
3. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any or no reason, including, but not limited to:
-Attempts at cookie stuffing or any other black hat method of falsifying leads or sales.
-Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
-Violation of intellectual property rights.
-Discussing information with competitors/other affiliates.
-FTC Disclosure Compliance.
4. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.
5. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. A Session cookie of 60 days will be open on each CTR of a link.
6. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
8. Payout Terms
Commissions deemed due and owed to you under the program will be paid to you directly by onRocket.com, LLC after any holding period and in accordance with a regular payout cycle established by onRocket.com, LLC. No commission will be paid for signups by you, your household, or anyone within your organization. onRocket.com, LLC reserves the right to only pay for referrals that are active. Active is defined by clients with a website and domain name pointed to a onRocket.com, LLC server, and a fully functional website. Websites under construction/maintenance or default script installations are not considered active. Commissions may only be paid out for all of our Managed WordPress Hosting products; Self signed commission is strictly prohibited. Commission amounts will be paid out by the sticker price of the account; established by the most current price for the product or service as noted on the website.
All commissions are pending for 60 days before paid out. For example: If a commission is sent in June. 5, 2020 then it would clear August. 4, 2020 and be included in the check for September 1, 2020.
9. Changes to This Agreement
onRocket.com, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with or without notice.
10. Binding Arbitration.
By participating in this affiliate program, you agree to binding arbitration for any disputes or claims that arise against onRocket.com, LLC or its subsidiaries in conjunction with this program. An arbitration firm selected by onRocket.com, LLC will be the sole and final arbitrator for any and all disputes or claims related or resulting from participation in this program. All decisions rendered are final. You also are responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.
11.Restrictions on Promotions
onRocket.com, LLC and its affiliate program allows you (the publisher/affiliate) the right to promote the onRocket.com, LLC brand and trademark via your personal website or blog. As so, the general public or press might perceive this as a joint effort. Therefore certain kinds of advertising is prohibited to protect the brand and its trademarks.
Any of the following methods of promotion are prohibited in the onRocket.com, LLC Affiliate Program:
Advertising commonly known as "spamming"; unsolicited commercial email, posting to message groups or cross-posting.
Typo/Domain Squatting or Cypersquating: any misspellings or variations of "onRocket.com", “Rocket”, “onRocket” - be it separately or in combination with other keywords that might redirect traffic to their personal site prior to redirecting to ours, will be considered a Trademark Violation and will be banned from our affiliate program.
Toolbars/add-ons/popups and iframes: any form of promotion that misrepresents our services or brands to potential customers, before landing on the onRocket.com, LLC website.
Cookie stuffing and/or multi-level Redirects: the overwriting, implementation, or injection of affiliate tracking cookies in order to receive credit that is not yours. This is considered theft. Any site that redirects multiple times as to "cloak" or temporarily add your affiliate tracking cookie is prohibited.
We reserve the right to ban your affiliate account if you take part in any of the prohibited forms of promotions listed above. We will do everything possible to contact you prior to the ban to notify you of the violation. However, if we consider your promotion a threat- we have grounds to act immediately.
By filling out this form and using our affiliate program you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
